Official Rules
ClaimPredict Championship
Sponsored by ClaimPro LLC, doing business as TurboClaim · Effective October 28, 2026
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. This is a contest of performance. Verified product activity, as described below, determines the winner, and chance plays no part. Open only to eligible roofing companies located in Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Void where prohibited.
1.Sponsor
The ClaimPredict Championship (the “Contest”) is sponsored by ClaimPro LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as TurboClaim, 826 W. 18th Street, Houston, Texas 77008 (“Sponsor”). The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the National Football League or any of its member clubs.
2.Eligibility
The Contest is open only to companies that, at enrollment: (a) have their principal place of business in Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia or West Virginia; (b) are engaged in residential or commercial roofing; (c) employ or engage at least three (3) sales representatives; and (d) were represented at the Win the Storm 2026 convention (the “Event”) by an owner, officer or employee.
Each company must enroll through an owner or officer, at least 18 years of age, who is authorized to bind it (the “Authorized Representative”). The following are not eligible: public adjusting firms; Sponsor and its affiliates; any company that employs or is owned by the essay judge; any company owned or controlled by an employee of Sponsor or a member of that employee’s immediate family or household; and any government entity. A company may enroll once. Affiliated companies under common ownership may enroll only as one company.
3.Contest dates
Enrollment begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on October 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 15, 2026 (the “Enrollment Period”). Scoring begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The dates are the same for every company. Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeping device.
4.How to enter
During the Enrollment Period, the Authorized Representative must enroll the company at claimpredict.io/superbowl, accept these Official Rules on the company’s behalf, and declare a roster of every sales representative of the company (the “Roster”), attesting that the Roster is complete and accurate. Each Roster entry must include the representative’s name and company email address.
Sponsor will provide the company a ClaimPredict trial without charge for the Contest Period. The trial requires no payment, imposes no commitment and does not convert to a paid subscription. Trial accounts may be opened only with email addresses on the Roster. Each representative may hold one account, and credentials may not be shared.
5.Roster rules
- The Roster locks at the end of the Enrollment Period.
- Any sales representative who joins the company or uses the trial after the Roster locks is added to the Roster and counts in the company’s score denominator.
- A representative who leaves the company during the Contest Period remains on the Roster.
- A company that omits a sales representative from its Roster is disqualified.
6.Scoring
A company’s score is its total number of Valid Predictions during the Contest Period divided by the number of representatives on its Roster, calculated to four decimal places. A “Valid Prediction” is a ClaimPredict prediction that:
- concerns a property address for which no one at the company has previously run a prediction;
- concerns an address recorded in ClaimPredict as a door worked or lying within the representative’s assigned territory;
- falls within the daily maximum of forty (40) Valid Predictions per representative, measured by calendar day in Eastern Time; and
- is generated by a rostered representative personally, without scripts, automation, bulk upload or shared credentials.
Scores are determined from Sponsor’s system records. Sponsor will publish a leaderboard of company scores weekly during the Contest Period; the leaderboard is provisional until verification under Section 9 is complete.
7.Winner determination and ties
The eligible company with the highest verified score at the end of the Contest Period is the potential winner. Ties are resolved in the following order, and no step involves chance:
- the greater number, per rostered representative, of signed homeowner agreements logged in ClaimPredict during the Contest Period that remain in effect after any applicable cancellation period;
- the greater number, per rostered representative, of doors recorded as worked in ClaimPredict during the Contest Period;
- the earlier time at which the company reached its final score;
- a written essay, as follows. On January 18, 2027, Sponsor will email each company that remains tied this prompt: “Describe how your company used ClaimPredict during the Contest Period to change which claims your representatives pursue, with at least one specific example.” The Authorized Representative or a rostered representative must submit an original essay of no more than 250 words, written without the use of generative AI tools, by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 20, 2027. A company that does not submit an essay on time forfeits the tiebreak. Sponsor removes identifying information before judging. [Judge’s name], an independent judge with no relationship to Sponsor or any participating company, scores each essay on specificity (40%), clarity (30%) and insight (30%), and the judge’s decisions are final. If essay scores are equal, the higher specificity score prevails;
- if companies remain tied after these steps, each tied company receives the Prize.
Results review. To qualify as a winner, a company’s Authorized Representative must attend an end-of-trial results review meeting with Sponsor, held by video conference between January 16 and January 21, 2027 at a time Sponsor schedules with the company. Sponsor will offer at least three meeting times. Attendance does not require any purchase, subscription or other commitment, and a company’s score is not affected by anything discussed at the meeting. A company whose Authorized Representative does not attend is not eligible to win, and its place passes to the next-ranked eligible company.
8.Prize
One (1) trip for two (2) travelers designated by the winning company to attend Super Bowl LXI at SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, California, on February 14, 2027 (the “Prize”). For each traveler, the Prize consists of: one (1) game ticket; round-trip coach airfare between a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor near the winning company’s principal office and the Los Angeles area; ground transfers between the airport, hotel and stadium; and a meal stipend of $100 per day for three (3) days. The Prize also includes three (3) nights of standard hotel accommodation, February 12 to February 15, 2027, in one (1) room.
Approximate retail value: $9,500 per traveler, $19,000 in total. Actual value varies with departure city and market prices, and no difference between the stated and actual value will be awarded. Travel dates are fixed. Seat locations, airline, hotel and itinerary are selected by Sponsor. Gratuities, incidentals, travel insurance, meals beyond the stipend and all other expenses not listed are the responsibility of the winning company or its travelers.
Each traveler must be at least 21 years of age, hold valid government-issued identification for air travel, and sign a liability release before travel. The Prize is awarded to the winning company, not to any individual, and the company designates its travelers by January 29, 2027. The Prize is not transferable to another company, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control, including cancellation or relocation of the game. A designated traveler who cannot travel on the fixed dates may be replaced by the company with another eligible traveler; otherwise that traveler’s portion is forfeited.
9.Notification and verification
Sponsor will notify the potential winner’s Authorized Representative by email and telephone by January 22, 2027. By 11:59 p.m. ET on January 29, 2027, the company must return: (a) an affidavit of eligibility and Roster accuracy signed by the Authorized Representative; (b) the names of its designated travelers and their signed liability and, where lawful, publicity releases; and (c) IRS Form W-9.
The three highest-ranked companies must also provide, within five (5) business days of Sponsor’s request, a payroll register or contractor (Form 1099) list covering the Contest Period that identifies every sales representative, with compensation redacted. Final scores are verified by an independent accountant engaged by Sponsor before the winner is confirmed.
If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, fails to return these documents on time, or is disqualified, the Prize passes to the next-ranked eligible company under Sections 6 and 7.
10.Participation awards
Separately from the Prize, and without any element of chance:
- Milestone credit. Each eligible company whose verified score is twenty (20.0000) or more at the end of the Contest Period receives a $500 credit toward a ClaimPredict subscription, redeemable by June 30, 2027. The credit has no cash value.
- Defect awards. Sponsor pays $100 to the company of the first rostered representative to report a reproducible product defect in ClaimPredict during the Contest Period, as confirmed by Sponsor, up to $1,000 per company. Reports must be submitted through the in-app feedback tool.
11.Taxes
The winning company and each company receiving a participation award is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on its award, including any tax consequences of providing the trip to its designated travelers. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to a company where required by law.
12.Disqualification and Sponsor’s rights
Sponsor may audit any company’s activity and may disqualify any company that, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, has understated its Roster, generated predictions that do not reflect genuine field activity, tampered with the Contest, or acted in bad faith. If the Contest cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify or suspend the Contest and determine the winner from verified activity recorded before the event that required the change. Any modification will be posted on this page. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest are final.
13.Release and limitation of liability
By enrolling, each company releases Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, members, employees and agents from any liability for loss, injury or damage arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of any award, including travel-related activities. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected communications, system failures, or errors in data entered by participants.
14.Disputes and governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest will be resolved individually, without any form of class or collective action, exclusively in the state courts located in Warren County, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and each company consents to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any remedy is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter the Contest, and in no event to attorneys’ fees or to punitive, incidental or consequential damages.
15.Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Contest is used to administer it and is handled under the ClaimPredict Terms of Service at claimpredict.io/terms. Where permitted by law, Sponsor may publish the winning company’s name, city and score.
16.Winner’s name and copy of rules
For the winning company’s name, available after February 1, 2027, or for a copy of these Official Rules, email [patrick@turboclaim.ai] by February 28, 2027, with the subject line “ClaimPredict Championship.”
